Setup and care

We set it up. We keep it right.

You spend one call with us, then you go back to work.

About an hour

Have your phone provider login, your calendar or software login, your hours and your diagnostic fee to hand. That is the whole list.

Forwarding

We turn it on for the calls you miss and the hours you are closed. Your number does not change. Your phones still ring first, and your techs still get there first.

Your calendar

Google Calendar today, connected while we set you up. Jobber and Housecall Pro are written and waiting on our developer keys, and Housecall Pro's API needs your MAX plan. ServiceTitan on request, and we will tell you straight whether we have done yours before. We book into the place you already look, and the connecting happens on this same call.

Your rules

Hours. Service area. The brands you work on. Your diagnostic fee. What it may quote, what it must hand to you, and what counts as an emergency in your shop. We write it down with you, in your words.

Test calls

We call it together and you listen. Anything you do not like changes before a customer ever hears it.

Live

It goes on when you say it sounds right, and not before.

Every week

Then we keep it right

We listen to calls every week. We read the transcripts, find the ones where it got something wrong or hit a question it could not answer, and fix it. Your prices move, your hours move, you pick up a new brand, you tell us once and it is in by the next call.

Every month you get a short report: what it caught, what it booked, the calls worth listening to, and what we changed.

The recordings

What we do with the calls

Recorded, with notice

Every call is recorded and the caller is told in the first sentence. Nothing is recorded quietly.

Who hears them

You and the people here who work on your desk. Nobody else.

Where the details go

The customer's name, address and number go into your calendar and stay there. We do not sell them, share them or use them anywhere else.

Yours on request

Ask for a recording, a transcript or all of them, and we send them.

The shortest way to judge it

Hear it answer a call.
