Not a booking means it was not a customer, and the reason sits in the same row: a robocall, somebody selling leads, a wrong number, or a caller who hung up. Every one is recorded and none of them rang your phone.
Grade: A to C, scored on whether it got the address, the problem and the window, and whether it handed off when it should.
