What we do

You forward the calls you miss and the hours you are closed to a number we give you. We answer them as your shop, say we are an automated assistant, take the booking into your calendar or your software, text your customer the day and the window, and ring you when the call is one we should not be handling. We do not dispatch, we do not quote prices you have not given us, and we do not do the work.

What it costs

You pay a percentage of the value of each completed job the desk booked, with a floor and a cap on each one. The percentage, the floor and the cap are written into your agreement before we take a single call, and they do not change without your signature. There is no retainer, no charge per minute, no setup fee, and nothing to pay in a month where no job we booked was completed. We invoice monthly in arrears against the statement in your dashboard, where every line opens the call behind it.

Disputes

If a line on the statement is wrong, tell us. We open the recording and listen to it with you. If the desk did not book that job, or you had already booked it yourself, the line comes off that invoice. We do not ask you to prove it twice and we do not argue about it.

Stopping

There is no term and no notice period. Switch the forwarding off at your carrier and the desk stops answering that minute. Anything already completed is still owed; anything booked but not yet done is not. Your recordings and transcripts stay available to you for twelve months, and we send you all of them on request.

What we do not promise

The desk is software and it gets things wrong. We listen to calls every week and fix what we find, and that is the commitment: not that it is perfect, but that somebody here is checking. We do not promise a booking rate, a revenue figure, or that any particular call will be handled a particular way.
