Why HVAC only
One trade. It is built for air conditioning calls and nothing else.
Built for one trade, not for every trade at once.
General answering tools run plumbers, roofers, dentists and air conditioning off the same template. Field service software bolts answering onto the invoicing you already pay for, because invoicing is the thing it was built to do. We only do this, so the desk is taught the difference between a capacitor and a compressor, taught to hear Carrier, Trane, Rheem, Goodman and Lennox without anyone spelling them, and taught that no cool in July is a different call from a tune-up in November.
Do not take that on trust. Say a brand name to the demo line and see what it does with it.

The calls it takes
- No coolThe one that pays. Address, what the AC is doing, how long it has been doing it, and the first window you have open.
- Tune-upBooks it straight in. Nobody has to call anyone back.
- Quote or system swapTakes the details, the age of the unit and the number. You call back when you are off the roof.
- A job already bookedAnswers what it knows from your calendar. Hands over what it does not.
- EmergencyStops booking and rings you, with the caller still on the line.
- In SpanishThe desk works in English. A Spanish-speaking caller hears a short line in Spanish saying someone will call them back, and you get a text with the number straight away.
Florida, and we live here
We work out of Miami. Your service area is one of the first things we write down, and the desk turns away anything outside it instead of booking a truck across the state.
The July surge. The week it hits ninety-five, your phone does not stop, and that is the week you miss the most calls and the week each one is worth the most. The desk answers all of them at once, at two in the afternoon and at ten at night. The robocalls and the lead sellers ring hardest that same week, and not one of them reaches your phone.
If your software already answers calls with AI and you like it, you do not need us.
